Free US shipping on orders over $100, and every order is tracked.

- Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- The $100 free-shipping threshold is counted before bundle discounts.
- Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of shipping. Allow up to 2 weeks in busy seasons or bad weather, and longer for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
- We ship within the United States only. PO boxes are fine.
- Package damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery. Package not arrived? Email us if it hasn't been delivered within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
