How it works
- A fine grid of conductive silver fiber is woven into the cotton.
- The included cord connects to the ground port of a standard wall outlet. No electrical current reaches the sheet.
- Where your skin touches the sheet, you're connected to the ground wire in your home's wiring.
Grounding works through skin contact, and the fitted sheet is what you lie on all night. Keep your own flat sheet, duvet, and pillows. Nothing else in your bed has to change.

FAQ
Is it safe to plug into an outlet?
The cord connects only to the ground port; the plug's other two prongs are plastic and carry no current. If you have an implanted medical device, are pregnant or take blood thinners, check with your doctor first.
Do I need to sleep directly on it?
Yes. Grounding needs skin contact. Arms, legs, or back on the sheet is enough.
How do I know it's working?
Touch the tester in the box to the fabric: when the lights come on, the silver thread is conducting. To check that your outlet is grounded, use a standard plug-in outlet tester from any hardware store.
What does the research say?

Can I wash it?
Yes. Cold, gentle cycle, no bleach or fabric softener. Softener coats the silver fiber and reduces conductivity.

Can I use a mattress protector?
